Food for Life Halton & Hamilton is the regional leader in rescuing and distributing GOOD fresh and frozen food.  We support the community by supplying healthy food directly to neighbours and to a network of non-profits and partners who offer food support programs. Food for Life is a thought leader that is built on a unique supply chain model driven by environmental sustainability.

Food for Life is at an exciting stage of its evolution, and we are looking for the right person to step in and efficiently put their skills and passion to use in helping us continue our GOOD work.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and Food, and Coordinator, Logistics.  You will be a part of a special team of amazing Driver Ambassadors who range in tenure from 2-14 years of service.

With some small exceptions, all driving is day trips in and around Halton and Niagara Regions, occasionally into Toronto and West GTA.  This role will have experience and comfort driving, engaging with customers and being able to use powered lift equipment in non-dock delivery situations.

You bring 3-5 years of clean driving experience ideally with DZ Certification, however, G class with straight truck experience may be considered.
