(Job Gym: Community Support Worker)

Work within our Impact Team to support our Food for Life Fresh Food Markets where we provide over 200 households with GOOD healthy fresh food each week. Market support staff intentionally stock the market and interact directly with Neighbours, helping to set up appointments and ensuring a positive experience while managing expectations and leading with empathy and compassion. Market Support staff will receive first-hand experience running a Neighbour centered food program for those who are food and income insecure. This role will help build essential skills in people management, empathetic leadership, and community program development!

All job offers will remain conditional upon approval from Canada Summer Jobs Grant, anticipated in April 2023.
