Neighbourhood Food Programs

Food for Life works with volunteers to ensure our community has access to GOOD food. PLEASE NOTE, you must be a resident of Halton or Hamilton to attend our programs.

  2. Come into the market to verify your account. You will not be able to book an appointment until your account is verified, please do this on Wednesdays between 11am-1pm. (If this time does not work, please reach out to find a time that does) To verify your account, you will be asked to fill out a simple contact form and show a piece of picture ID which shows your current address.
  3. Download the NEW Food for Life App and start booking your appointments.
